Refund and Suspension Policy
Online Courses, Training and Coaching Programs

On our website at www.candacemckim.com we have retail items, self-study online courses, retreats, training programs, as well as online coaching programs available for purchase (hereafter referred to as Products).  These Products are offered and sold as either a one-time payment up front or on a payment plan requiring payments throughout the duration of the Product.

All payments of any Product that have been successfully processed are considered final and non-refundable.

Any registration for Training or Courses that were purchased with the payment plan will require ALL payments paid in full.  Payments are considered final and non-refundable.

All communication must be made by email to [email protected]   Please do not submit any requests or concerns through social media (ie. Facebook) as those requests will not be considered valid.   We will respond to your request as soon as possible.  

 To suspend a subscription,  please notify us by email at [email protected] stating the reason for your request.   Please do not submit any requests through social media (ie. Facebook) as those requests will not be considered valid.   We will respond to your request by sending you a Questionaire to be filled out and returned to us.  

All requests for suspension as well as the questionnaire will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if approved, the suspension will go into effect 30 days from the date of your next payment which means your next scheduled payment will be the last one.  

Refunds are not available for purchases of Candace's book or card deck.   Exchanges are provided in circumstances where the item arrived damaged or is not 100% complete.  To request an exchange, please send an email to [email protected] describing the issue.   Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the damaged product back to Candace and Candace will pay the shipping for the replacement product.
